How requests reach you
Register for free
Enter your company details and confirm your email address, right here on askiana. Your account area is created automatically when you first log in.
Create search profile
Choose category, services and scopes, define your area, set volume and notification. The preview shows how many requests from the last 30 days would have matched.
Work on requests
New requests arrive by email and appear in the account area. There you record the status, from viewed to job won, and make notes.

What businesses want to know
What does askiana cost for businesses?
Nothing at the moment. Requests, search profiles and the account area are free, there is no fee per request and no basic fee. Should this change, we will tell you in good time beforehand, and nothing will be charged without your express consent.
Who can receive requests on askiana?
Any company that is permitted to provide the services offered. You register for free right here on askiana, confirm your email address and then set up your search profiles.
How many businesses receive the same request?
Three at most. That way every business has a real chance of winning the job, and the customer is not overwhelmed with calls.
Who gets a request if more than three businesses match?
Businesses that have received fewer requests in the last 30 days go first. In the event of a tie, chance decides. Your weekly or monthly volume is always respected.
Will I also receive requests that came in before my search profile?
Yes. As soon as you create a search profile or switch one back on, you also receive matching requests from the last 14 days that do not yet have three businesses.
Can I import requests into my own system?
Yes. Every request can also be sent to your CRM as JSON via webhook, signed with your own key. The account area also offers a CSV export.
In which countries and languages can I receive requests?
Requests come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain, in German, English or Spanish. You set your area in the search profile, and you use the account area in your language.
How should I handle the data in requests?
You use the contact details only to handle the request. If someone withdraws their request or asks for deletion, we inform you by email. Details can be found in the terms of use.
