It usually starts with the question of where AI is worthwhile at all. A provider looks at your workflows, shows which tasks AI can handle faster or better, and estimates effort and benefit. The result is a roadmap that begins with a small project that shows results quickly.
For the implementation, the provider might build an assistant for your website, connect AI to your inbox, CRM or accounting, or develop a custom application that searches your documents. Many providers also train your team and help with policies on how to use AI.
Describe one or two tasks that take up a lot of time today: how often they come up, who handles them and with which software. The more specific the example, the better the provider can judge what AI can achieve there.
Also think about which data the AI may see. Customer data, personnel files or trade secrets need different solutions than public product descriptions. Say straight away if processing should take place in the EU or on your own servers.
